Kingdom Iterdenominational Community Church (KICC) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. We are providing this statement explaining our online and offline information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Children

The Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA") defines a "Child" as anyone under the age of 13. KICC strictly adheres to COPPA. We will not knowingly collect "personal information" from persons who identify themselves as being under the age of 13 without prior verifiable consent of that person's parent or guardian.

Information Collected

KICC collects information from our users through our public Web Site. The information collected on our Web Site falls into two categories:
            (1) information voluntarily submitted, and

Information Voluntarily Submitted

You can visit the KICC site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. KICC gathers "personally identifiable information" if you voluntarily submit inquiries to us through our contact form or any other submission forms.

We track visiting domains, internet addresses of the domains from which people visit us to track a user's session and the user's browser also lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used. This allows us to analyze the information as to which parts of our site users spend their time and their length of stay but does not give us any personal information about the user.
